What is anxiety? Anxiety is a general term for several disorders that cause nervousness, fear, apprehension, and worrying. These disorders affect how we feel and behave, and they can manifest real physical symptoms. Generally speaking, anxiety is the symptom of stress, they go hand in hand. Anxiety can wreak havoc on your nervous system and have a major impact on a person's quality of life.
We all experience anxiety from time to time especially when confronting something new or challenging such as public speaking, recital, an exam or confronting a problem. This is considered normal and is part of the "fight or flight" response our body produces in order to protect us. However, chronic worrying, blame, guilt and fear can exasperate anxiety and cause it to become a chronic symptom.
If you have an interest in universal laws, and I'm going to assume you do if you're on a law of attraction blog, you might have heard of the law of polarity. The law of polarity states that everything has an opposite. So in other words ,the opposite of a question is an answer, if there is a front, there must be a back, if there is an up, there is a down, if it's 1,500 miles from Florida to NY then it's 1,500 miles from NY to Florida. With that being said, if our bodies produce a natural response to stress and anxiety called the "fight or flight" stress response what would be the opposite of the "fight or flight" response? Wouldn't it make sense for our mind and body to want to be in the opposite of a response to stress and anxiety? Of course it does. And if you knew what it was it would be so simple to alleviate the stress response and "feel good" all the time (our natural state of being). No addictive anti anxiety meds to take every day for the rest of your life. No dealing with the side effects that come along with prescription drugs. So what is it? Ok, here it is. It's called the "relaxation response". The relaxation response is a physical state of deep rest or relaxation that changes the physical and emotional response to stress and is the opposite of the fight or flight response.
How do you trigger the relaxation response and how long will it take? What if I told you it would take just 15 minutes for a beginner and far less than that once you practice it a few times? Sound good? And to make things even better, the relaxation response is even easier to trigger with kava kava and when triggered with kava kava the relief you experience will feel euphoric. If you have anxiety this must be music to your ears. It was for me and it will be for you. It's the foundation of Kava-Traction and my new product will show you just how to do this and will eliminate stress and anxiety and improve your quality of life.
Tomorrow I will be posting an exercise you can try at home that will easily trigger the relaxation response and will give you a taste of the relief you can expect to experience. This exercise is part of my new meditation product so you will be getting a sneak peak of what you can expect. My new product will be released on CD and will be sold with the best premium quality kava in the world. Enjoy your Saturday and be sure to check back tomorrow.
