In this post I will simply share a video that will only be viewed by the awakening soul as you will have attracted this information. There is no other way to put it. It is where this idea of Kava-Traction stemmed from and what it has evolved into. Kava Kava, stands for grounding in mother earth, to open one's self to their emotions and to ease and settle those emotions to allow spirit to flow through. Kava Kava is made from the "root" of the kava plant and that root comes from the fertile soil of Mother Earth and is essential in grounding one's self. Spirit is represented by the law of attraction which is the most powerful law in the Universe and it's foundation is "thought". Thought always precedes manifestation. Always has and always will. Thought is what created this very planet we stand on today, difficult to imagine but nonetheless the absolute truth, it is law. Blend the two together and you will have unlocked the "potential" to evolve beyond what you're imagination has been capable of dreaming.
This is all tied to our energy chakra's, from the base of our spine is the root chakra (Where the Kundalini energy resides ready to awaken to it's power) on up through our sacral chakra, into the solar plexus, then into the heart chakra, up into the throat chakra, then to the brow or third eye chakra and finally the crown chakra. These seven chakra's are housed in our body (among other energy meridians) and will eventually open up to five other chakra's that reside outside of the body forming 12 energy centers. As of now our human DNA is that of a 2-strand double helix variety which is very limiting in nature and is why we rely so heavily on our five human physical senses. The awakening process will unlock the limited nature of 2-stranded DNA and allow the intended 12-strand DNA to mutate in the cells of our body. This process, once one becomes open to it, will occur at a very accelerated rate and will open one to their spiritual guidance system which is based on "feeling" and intuition. This is the Divine plan (not mine). I can only speak and share of what I have come to realize and understand myself through experience and knowing, knowing at a deep cellular level. This is all part of evolution, the evolution process is never ending and where we stand today as a species is just a part of the never ending journey as infinite beings.
Allow me for a minute to forewarn those who embark on this journey that it will change your life forever, there is no going back and those you know now who have not opened themselves to this way of thinking will be quick to slap all kinds of labels on you. You yourself will even question your sanity, but experience will tell you otherwise. I for one have made my fair share of mistakes during my awakening, for one, I tried to be a salesman and take everyone along for the ride not understanding that one awakens if and when they are ready and willing to accept change and only then. But it is my belief and opinion that 2012 represents a change in humanity and that change requires preparation as the human body will have to adjust to the new energies of 2012 and beyond. With that being said, 2012 will be what you "think" and believe it will be and we will all experience a different version of reality. In other words, those who live in fear will experience their worst nightmares and those who live in joy will experience multi-dimensional bliss beyond their wildest dreams. The choice is yours, always has been and always will be.

is a powerful tool in the journey of life but what exactly is going on when we practice meditation
? I like to view it from a spiritual perspective instead of a physical perspective as the shaping of your mind is far more vital than the shaping of your body. From a spiritual perspective meditation
offers the practitioner the ability to align with the energy of that which you desire or the energy of the higher self.
Before I go any further, let’s take a minute and look at the definition of resistance as defined by Webster’s Dictionary. Sometimes the meaning of the word offers more resonance that the word itself.
Resistance: The refusal to accept or comply with something.The attempt to prevent something by action or argument.
A little clearer ? Now ask yourself, what inside of me am I refusing to accept? The answer may not come right away but just by asking the question the answer is already there for you and the meditation
will be more beneficial in releasing the resistance surrounding the answer to that very question. That may not make sense to you now but let me shed a little light on what it is I mean by that statement by diving a little bit into our dual perspectives and our emotions.
We are beings with the unique perspective of duality. In other words, we have two perspectives. We have our physical perspective and we also have our spiritual perspective or the Source/God within. It does not matter what word you reference it by, there is no right or wrong it’s more about what resonates with you. It’s important to know this because this will provide you with direction and understanding to maximize the experience of your meditation
As we go through life in the physical we sort through the contrast of life. In other words, when we see something we don’t like we immediately know what it is that we do like. So, if you don’t have money the contrast causes you to want money and the Source (non-physical part of you) answers that and becomes a “vibrational” match to it. What is the vibrational match? The answer to that comes from you by imagining what emotion you would feel when that money is physically in your hand or bank account. Perhaps it’s joy or maybe it’s empowerment or it just might be security or a sense of accomplishment. What is it that you're feeling that caused you to ask for more money? Perhaps it’s frustration, powerlessness or guilt and worry. This process happens all the time whether you are aware of it or not. The key to all of this is to realize that when life causes you to ask for something you have to get into alignment with the vibration of what you are asking for in order to have it manifest. The money will never show up if you stay in the vibration of the “asking” (powerlessness, depression, frustration). The money shows up when you feel the vibration or emotion of the “manifestation” (Joy, love, security, well being). And if life causes you to ask for something and you don’t go in the direction of what you asked for you will experience negative emotion. It’s the mind’s way of guiding you through your emotions in order for you to get in alignment with what life has caused you to ask for. So where does meditation
fit into all of this? Meditation
is a tool in which we can utilize to “Breath Out the Resistance” and get into emotional alignment with the things you desire. I would just like to point out that without the awareness of what it is your doing the meditation experience becomes more rest than a path towards enlightenment, if that happens to be your goal. Ok, so starting today, acknowledge where you are emotionally and set a goal or intention of where it is you want to be. This simple step will provide you with the direction you need in order to get the results you desire from your meditation
practice. By simply breathing in deeply, pausing and then releasing the breath slowly you are releasing the resistance that has built up inside of you and hence a better feeling emotion arises and you are then one step closer to the very thing you desire. An easy way to accomplish this is by counting 1,2,3 on your deep breath in and the 4,5,6,7,8 on your slow breath out. All of your attention and focus should be on your breathing. Listen to your breath, count the numbers slowly to yourself or even better, choose a mantra
. Either one will work and the purpose of counting or having a mantra is to keep your mind from drifting to other thoughts or chatter. Once you practice this for a few days you will start to notice a shift in the way you feel (raising of vibration always feels good because the frequency is high) and you will start to notice that your mind is quieter which will feel very relaxing. Take a look at the image I pasted below this post. Just because some of us can't see the energy (I happen to be able to) does not mean it's not there. When you focus on the things you desire and match the frequency, your brain emits a powerful transmission much the way it appears in the photo that attracts all of the circumstances, people, events and conditions that match your desire. That is the power of the law of attraction. It's Universal law, it's constant for everything and everybody now and forever. Remember, It’s an emotional journey and much like climbing a ladder, you take it one step at a time. So relax and practice meditation
, set your goal and have confidence that you’re headed in the right direction. Remember, life is a journey, not a destination.
Our brain's emit frequencies. What are you broadcasting?
The law of attraction is the attractive magnetic power of the Universe that draws like energies together. In other words, that which is alike attracts. Now if you are like many others experimenting with this law you most likely are asking for certain things to manifest in your life and if you are like many others you might be wondering when all this shit is going to show up already.
Ask and you shall receive, ask and it's given, think positive, set your intention, focus on what you desire, after awhile you might find yourself overwhelmed with techniques of thinking in order to get the magic of the law of attraction to work for you. Today, as well as the next few days I am going to discuss what is called "closing the gap".
Closing the gap is a phrase I use to describe the length of time it takes from when you "ask" for something until it manifest's into reality. Understanding this will certainly help in closing the gap. You see when you ask for something, lets say more money, the Universe creates the "vibrational" version of you with more money instantly. The time it takes for you to become that person with more money (what ever specific amount you requested) is really just the time it takes for you to get in alignment with you. When you ask for more money, you are asking from the lower vibration of not having enough money and in order to manifest that money you have to become a vibrational match to more money. The you with more money is a much higher vibration and all you have to do to receive this is match the vibration. The law of attraction is responsible for this as "that which is alike attracts".
So how do you know what your vibration is? Well, your emotions will tell you this. Your emotions act as your guidance system so you know if your in alignment with what you want or in alignment with what you don't want. Let me explain this in a bit more detail. As human beings we have a full range of emotions ranging from depression and despair (lower frequency vibration) all the way up to joy, bliss and empowerment (higher frequency vibration). Each emotion represents a different frequency. Much like a radio frequency, if you want to listen to alternative rock you must tune into the radio frequency on your receiver to the station that broadcast's alternative rock. If you want to listen to jazz you need to tune your radio dial to a new frequency in order to listen to jazz. Our emotions work much the same way accept that in this case your brain would act as the radio broadcasting a frequency. With that being said, lets go back to the example of manifesting money. So you tuned into the frequency of needing more money and life caused you to ask for more. Now you need to re-tune your frequency to that of abundance or more money (be specific in the amount you ask for, say $10K). What you need to do is get out of the energy of lack and scarcity which caused you to ask for more and in order to do that you just need to feel a better feeling emotion or think a better feeling thought. Take this chart for instance I pasted below this article. This is what is referred to as the emotional ladder. This is a helpful tool to guide you along the range of emotions in order to tune your frequency to what you desire, in this case more money ($10K). So if you were a vibrational match to worry when you asked for more money you would need to get in range of joy or happiness to be at the frequency of your desire. Now much like climbing a ladder, you can't take one giant step up to the top rung, you need to take steps in order to get to the top. In this case, you thinking a better feeling thought would be the equivalent of taking a step. Each better feeling thought will lead you to a better feeling emotion which in turn is how you would go about closing the gap. How long does this take? As long as it takes you to get into a better feeling emotion. This is why you always hear people (including myself) stating that life was meant to feel good. When you feel good the law of attraction assembles all cooperative components in order to manifest that what you asked for. It's law! Ask and it is given is a reality so long as you allow yourself to feel good. So what's your intention of the day? Set your intention to feeling good and watch what happens. Have a great day!

Many people tell me that they get frustrated with meditation because they can't seem to stay focused long enough to experience the benefits of meditation. So in turn they abandon meditation all together claiming it's not for them. Unfortunately, that just gives more energy to the stress and anxiety they are experiencing.
Well throw that thinking out the window because if your reading this article you have attracted the solution that will take your meditation to a new level. There is no greater advantage that you could offer your mind and body than properly breathing during mediation to release the resistance that is causing you to feel not at ease or dis-ease which is what stress and anxiety are causing you to feel. Often times people develop a pattern of thought that holds them steadily in a state of negative emotion and even though they grow accustomed to the feelings of anger, guilt, blame and fear the chronic negative emotions indicate a strong pattern of resistant thought that is holding them from the natural state of well being.
Meditation, when done properly, will disempower the pattern of negative thinking through breathing. The focus on your breathing will quiet your thoughts and breathing itself will release the resistance that is causing you to feel stress and anxiety. The combination of Kava with your meditation will enhance your meditation and you will experience rapid improvement in the way you feel and when your feeling good the law of attraction will attract better feeling thoughts, circumstances and events that will seem as if they are magical. These are the principles that Kava-Traction was founded on and they have changed my life and my life coaching clients are calling me every day thanking me for introducing them to these techniques.
As you advance along in your understanding of the law of attraction it is important to note the difference between "I need" and "I want". The reason for this is very important as each phrase transmits a different vibration or frequency and that is the basis of what you are attracting into your life.
When you say "I need" it comes from the vibrational standpoint of not having, which simply means that your attracting into your life more of the I don't have. For instance; if you find yourself saying in a frantic, fearful voice, "I need money", the universe responds to the vibration of lack and scarcity and keeps delivering exactly that. On the other hand and at the polar opposite of the spectrum you have the phrase "I want". Now say to yourself, "I want more money". Can you hear and feel the difference between these two simple phrases? The universe hears and responds to your wanting of more money and delivers just that, more money.
Everything in the Universe is energy and energy has a vibrational frequency. Your language patterns and emotions tell the story of what you're attracting into your life so pay close attention to the words you use and the emotion that resonates from using those words. If you feel you need something then ask but make sure you then consciously shift your vibration in order to allow it to flow into your life.
Kava has been long considered an herb enjoyed in Polynesian culture as a social beverage. But today it is fast becoming a trusted herbal remedy to treat anxiety and the stresses of our modern lifestyle. Ask for what you want and it is always given, visualize the end result of your desire and feel with emotion as if you already have it. In other words, if you ask for $10,000 to manifest into your life, you visualize the end result but you are filled with stress and anxiety, all your going to keep getting is more stress and anxiety (or people, circumstances and events that are stressful and cause anxiety). It's the law. Your vibrating at a lower energy and are filled with negative emotion. This is why this technique works for so few people. You have to be in vibrational alignment with what it is your asking for (abundance, wealth, money). This is where the kava will make a huge difference in the results you are getting and very quickly. Kava induces a state of relaxation without interfering with cognition. Cognition defined is; the mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought
, experience, and the senses. A result of this; a perception, sensation, notion, or intuition. Meditation will have a similar affect. When you're relaxed and feeling good you are at a vibrational level of what it is your asking for and the law of attraction is simply; that which is alike attracts.
Now the problem lies in the conscious mind, which represents the critical factor (judgements) in all of us. When you drink kava and induce a relaxed state you disempower the critical factor in your conscious mind and that allows you to "ask" or make suggestions to the subconscious mind which gives you anything and everything you ask for. I touched briefly on the subconscious mind in yesterday's post and introduced you to the Ho'oponopono subconscious memory cleaning technique which is the mantra I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me & thank you. Today I want to touch briefly on what "taking 100% responsibility" is really all about.
Taking 100% responsibility has nothing to do with taking blame or any other negative emotion. The near mention of taking 100% responsibility has sent many a person running for the hills. I have had people flat out state that they don't believe in taking 100% responsibility and the thought of having to do so scares the heck out of them. However, when asked what the fear is in regards to taking 100% responsibility it usually has something to do with the fact that they feel they are shouldering the blame for the unwanted circumstances surrounding their lives. And that's not the case at all.
Taking 100% responsibility is all about the one and only thing you are in control of that nobody else can do for you and that is your thinking or thoughts. You have to take 100% responsibility for your thoughts. Your thoughts are what create "things" in your life and your the only one who knows what you're thinking. Or do you? I say that because we have some where around 60,000 thoughts per day so with that kind of number it would be impossible to consciously be aware of all 60,000 of them. So , what do you do?
Step one goes something like this; take 100% responsibility for your thoughts and think about what you want, set a goal or intention and then get out of the way and release control of how that goal will be manifested in your life. Step two is simply stay clear and allow the Universe to do it's job and that is to give you whatever it is that you ask for. Just allow it to come in and keep the subconscious memories at bay by using the mantra I introduced yesterday. Simply state in any fashion, order or speed, I love you, thank you, I'm sorry, please forgive me. It's sort of like hitting the delete key on your keyboard when you make a typo. You don't get any different result by gently tapping the key compared to pounding on the key with all your might. Either way, the typo is erased, cleaned, cleared or deleted. Same thing with the mantra, say it at any speed or in any fashion or order you desire and it doesn't matter, you get the same positive clearing result. Don't concern yourself with the science behind it unless you desire to, just make sure you do it and that you do it all the time.

The law of attraction has gained great popularity ever since the release of the mainstream movie and book titled "The Secret". I happen to be a fan of the movie but more for the inspiration instead of the information. I can remember how eager I was to start my next day off after seeing this movie only to have it blow up in my face. My computer crashed twice and everything I tried seemed to have the opposite effect I was intending. I started thinking that perhaps I should abandon this law of attraction technique and go back to my old way of doing things. The keyword in that sentence is "thinking" and that was the big mistake, as all I was doing was stating to the Universe that I thought I knew better than it did.
Well lucky for me I was introduced to a technique called subconscious clearing or subconscious cleaning. This technique was introduced to me in a book titled Zero Limits: The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace, and More and in this book Dr. Vitale discusses the secret Hawaiian technique for subconscious cleaning/clearing called Ho'oponopono. Yes, it took me some time to get the spelling and pronunciation down and I can assure you this is spelled correctly. If you were on the Wheel of Fortune and you purchased a vowel and it was the letter "o" you would have struck gold and at the same time you would be totally stumped and confused as to what word this could possibly be.
So what is Ho'oponopono? Quite simply it's just a mantra you repeat silently in your mind or you can state it aloud. The mantra is "I love you, thank you, or I love you, thank you, I'm sorry, please forgive me. Both will do the trick and both will work wonders in your life. The purpose of the mantra is to get to what Joe Vitale calls "zero". The state of zero is the state in which you are allowing inspiration to flow through your mind instead of the dreaded memory base thoughts that are residing in the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind remembers everything that ever was for all, it's universal. Here is the secret. Self Identity operates by inspiration and memory. Only one of them, either memory or inspiration, can be in command of the subconscious mind at any given moment. The Soul of Self Identity can serve only one master at a time. If it's memory, than all you will keep getting is the results of the memories that lie dormant in the subconscious, but if it's inspiration then you get what the law of attraction lines up for you and that is the people, events, circumstances and things that line up with your desire.
The book and the DVD set go into much more detail than I could in this blog post, however I want you to remember the technique/mantra works regardless of whether or not you know the science behind it. So repeat after me about a thousand times or more today "I love you, thank you and set your path to zero and let the law of attraction take care of the rest. It's that easy! There are many universal laws which you can study, as a matter of fact take a minute to Google "universal laws" and you will be surprised to see that some websites claim "seven" universal laws and others talk of "twelve" universal laws and you can also find a twist on that with mention of sub laws to those twelve laws. It can get a bit overwhelming and I did not intend for this post to clear up this mystery of just how many universal laws there are. It was intended to bring to your awareness towards two other laws when giving thought to the law of attraction. What are they? Ok, here you go.
The Law of Vibration and the Law of Cause & Effect.
If you are going to be successful in mastering the law of attraction then you must first understand that everything in the universe is energy and vibrates at a certain frequency. Take a minute and look at the meanings of these two laws below and then I will discuss how they apply to the law of attraction.
The law of vibration states that anything that exists in our universe, whether seen or unseen, broken down into and analyzed in it's purest and most basic form, consists of pure energy or light which resonates and exists as a vibratory frequency or pattern.
The law of cause & effect states that any action produces or returns a result or outcome in exact proportion to the act or cause which initiated it. Also referred to as Sowing and Reaping or Karma.
I am assuming if you are reading this blog that you already know the law of attraction is the universal law which ensures that whatever energy is broadcast out into the universe (thoughts) is joined by (or attracted to) energies that are of an equal or harmonious frequency, resonance or vibration.
Let me summarize these three definitions like this. Everything in the universe is energy and vibrates and that energy or vibration which is like unto itself attracts and any action we take produces or returns a result or outcome in exact proportion to the act which initiated it. Now if we took what I summarized and laid it out as if it were a secret formula to success and happiness it might look something like this.
Positive thoughts + high frequency vibrations + deliberate action = deliberate, joyful creation or outcome, well-being.
Sounds simple doesn't it? Well it is and we all unconsciously do some variation of that except for the fact that most do the opposite, something along these lines...
Negative thoughts + low frequency vibrations + no action or reaction to others negativity = deliberate miserable creation or outcome leading to depression, anger, powerlessness.
I am amazed at the number of people who are unaware that their negative thoughts attract other negative thoughts. Yes your thoughts are private and only you can create them and nobody can hear you when you think. However, remember this, your thoughts create your reality. So if your unhappy with your reality then stop trying to change others or the circumstances outside of yourself and start changing what your thinking about and the actions your taking. One final thought. Is it simple to change your experience by changing your thoughts? Yes. Did it seem like it was going to be simple when I first approached this change myself? No. How do you approach it then? Approach it with the understanding that there is nothing to memorize or learn, it's not hard work and there is nothing to be ashamed of. This is a journey, an emotional journey. It's simply put, all about awareness. Yes, awareness. Think about that for a minute and then remember that people once thought the earth was flat. Imagine telling your kids they could only venture so far because you were fearful of little Sally and Bobby falling off the ledge of the planet? That must have caused great fear and limitation for people of that era. I'll say it again, it's all about awareness. Just like riding a bike or swimming, you become aware of "how to" do it and you never forget "how to". Now apply that same principle towards your thoughts. Become aware of the impact of your thinking and you will never forget how to "think" your way towards the fulfillment of your desires.
